     Peach and Blueberry Crumbles

Ingredients
6-8 firm, ripe peaches
Optional- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest/ orange zest
Optional- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice/peach juice/orange juice
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 all-purpose flour
1 cup fresh blueberries (1/2 pint)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
 
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 stick cold unsalted butter, diced

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Immerse the peaches in boiling water for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until their skins peel off easily then place them immediately in cold water then peel peaches
Slice them into thick wedges and place them into a large bowl
Add the lemon zest/ orange zest, lemon juice/ orange juice/ peach juice, granulated sugar, and flour then toss well and gently add blueberries
Allow the mix to sit for 5 minutes the spoon the mix into ramekins or custard cups
