     bermuda spinach salad

Ingredients
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 lb spinach (fresh)
1 cup croutons
1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/3 cup sugar or agave
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup olive oil
 
1/4 cup cider vinegar
ground pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Instructions
put spinach, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, and croutons in large bowl.
mix onion, sugar, salt, olive oil, vinegar, pepper, celery seed, and mustard in blender and mix.
pour dressing over salad before serving.
