1 package (4 ounce serving) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor
3-1/2 cups (8 ounces) Cool Whip
1 pie crust
1 cup of Add-ins (crumbled cookies, m and m's etc.)
Instructions
Pour half and half into a large bowl. Add pie filling mix. Beat with a wire whisk until well blended, 1 minute. Let stand 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and add Add-ins. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
Remove from the freezer. Let stand about 10 minutes to soften before serving.
