5 Kirby cucumbers or 3 long skinny seedless
|

2 tsp salt
|
|
1 Vidalia or sweet onion, sliced very thin

½ c. white vinegar, mixed with-

½ c. water
|

½ tsp sugar or 2 pks Splenda
|
|
¼ c. chopped fresh dill or dill paste
|

|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Peel and slice the cucumbers very thin
|
|
|
Sprinkle with salt and set aside, in colander, for 20 minutes. Drain well
|
|
|
Combine the rest of the Ingredients-
|
|
|
Mix with the cucumbers
