     Coconut Cream Cake

Ingredients
1 yellow or white cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 can Coco Lopez
1 Lg. Cool Whip
1 pkg. Coconut, toasted
 

Instructions
Bake cake mix according to directions.
Poke holes all over cake with a fork. While hot, pour mixture of Eagle Brand milk and Coco Lopez over cake. (It may take a few minutes, but it will all soak in.)
Let cool. completely and spread cool whip over cake. Top with toasted coconut. Refrigerate.
