     Chile-Egg Puff

Ingredients
10 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 pt (2 cups) sour cream
1lb. shredded jack cheese
4 oz. diced mild green chilies
 
Instructions
Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, sour cream, cheese and melted butter. Stir in chiles.
Pour batter into a 9x13 baking dish
Bake at 350 for 35 min or until top is browned.
