      Lemon Basil Sauce

4 tablespoons butter melted
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil, crushed between you fingers
Dash freshly ground pepper, optional

Melt together ingredients and stir. Serve hot over any vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, etc)
This makes enough sauce for one of those 16 oz cans baby whole fingerling carrots or a bag of frozen veggies.
