Ingredients
1 rump roast or any kind
1 package dry onion soup
Italian spices
3 cloves minced garlic
3 green peppers sliced
2 onions sliced
1/2 jar pepperchini peppers sliced
16 oz beef broth
 

Instructions
Rub roast with Italian spices and minced garlic and brown in a large skillet. Remove and put the roast in crock pot. Saute the green peppers and onions in the skillet used to brown the roast. Put the dry onion soup over the roast and add the sauted onions and green peppers and pepperchinis and beef broth to crock pot.
Cook for hous on high until you can shred the beef with a fork. Usually 9-10 hours. Shred the beef and serve from crock pot on Italian rolls. It's best with mozerella cheese.
