     Fettucini with Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients
2 Tb Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
8 Oz. uncooked fettuccini
2 medium red bell peppers, cored and
seeded, julienned
2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3/4 c shredded Provolone/Mozzarella
cheese blend
2 medium carrots, peeled and diced
 
2 cups small broccoli florets

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse, drain and keep warm.
Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, add Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend and prepared vegetables and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes.
Add drained pasta to skillet, add lemon juice and combine well.
Take skillet off heat, toss in cheese, serve hot.
