Heat oven to 425. Combine all ingredients in a blender (flour last).
Blend until smooth.
Grease muffin or popover tins well. Heat empty tins in oven for a
few minutes. Remove tins from oven and fill 3/4 full. Return to
oven and bake popovers 20-30 minutes.
Popovers should be puffed and golden. Serve immediately.
