Put pan on stove. Turn nob to 7 or 8. Mist with cooking spray.

Mix oil, egg, mix and water. Stir thoroughly. Product should be wet and lumpy. Add sugar and cinnamon. Stir until it has brown spots around in the batter.

Pour batter on pan and cook. HINT- If you put a spatula under the cake and check it by lifting about 1/2 and inch up you can tell when its golden with brown spots. Flip it then and do the same. The second time should be shorter than the first time due to heating.

Remove from heat. Turn off stove and remove pan. Top pancakes with butter, syrup and powdered sugar (optional)
