Alaskan Salmon Marinade

Ingredients
-
 1/2 bottle of Amber beer
-
 1/2 cup oranage marmalade
-
 1/2 cup soy sauce
-
 3 TBspoons sugar
-
 2 TBspoons oil
-
 2 gloves of garlic
-
 2 lbs of salmon
 
Instructions
Blend together first 7 ingredients
Place salmon in shallow baking dish and pour marinade over
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Place salmon on the grill
