Bring water to boil in a medium pot. Add sweet potatoes and cook for 12-15 mins. Drain potatoes and leave in the colander. Return the pan to medium heat and add the butter, next add the nuts and toast for two mins. Add the brown sugar and let it bubble. Add the bourbon and cook out the alcohol, about 1 minute. Add the orange juice and the cooked sweet potatoes. Mash and serve
