     Chicken Cordon Bleu with Parisienne Sause

Ingredients
6 chicken breasts-boneless
Jack cheese slices
Thin ham slices
Pepperidge Farm pastry shells
1 egg white
.------Parisienne Sauce------.
2-T flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp. salt
 
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg yolk
2 T light creme
2 T butter, melted
1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
Thaw pastry shells. Roll each into a rectangle. Place slice of cheese, ham and chicken on dough. Wrap and seal. Brush with egg white. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes until golden brown.
Sauce- Mix flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg in small saucepan. Beat egg yolk and broth until blended. Stir into flour mixture, heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter, creme and lemon juice. Pour over chicken.
