     Sour Cream-Apple Impossible Pie

Ingredients
5 cups sliced pared apples
1 cup raisins
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
 
Ground cinnamon to sprinkle on top of pie

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate. Mix apples, raisins, sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon; turn into pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients except cinnamon until smooth,15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour over apple mixture; sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake until apples are tender and knife inserted in center come out clean, 55 to 60 minutes. Serve warm. Refrigerate any leftover pie.
