Put potatoes in large saucepan. Cover with water, bring to a boil. Cook at medium heat for
3-4 minutes, drain and set aside.
Make White Sauce- Melt Butter over low heat. Remove from Heat. Add Flour and Stir till
smooth. Add Milk gradually, Mixing till smooth between additions. Cook while stirring over
medium heat until thickens. Remove from heat. Add Onions, Salt, Pepper & Sour Cream.
Grease your pan, arrange the potatoes in it, then pour milk mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle
with Cheese. Bake for 25-50 minutes at 350 degreees or until potatoes are tender and
cheese is light golden brown.
