     Easy Hummus

Ingredients
2 (15 oz cans) chick peas, rinsed and drained
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 c water
1/4 c Tahini
3 T lemon juice
2 T EVOO
3/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
 

Instructions
Place beans and garlic in a food processor; pulse 5 times or until chopped. Add 1/2 c water and remaining ingredients; pulse until smooth, scraping down side as needed
Serving Suggestions
44 cal, 2.5 g fat, 1.5 g pro, 4.4 g carb, 0 chol, 0.3 g iron, 12 mg calcium
