     SWEET AND SOUR RIBS WITH SESAME SEEDS

Ingredients
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons ground red pepper (cayenne)
4 1/2 pounds (two racks) spare ribs
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 jar (10) ounces mango chutney
6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
 
2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with foil.Mix paprika, salt, black pepper and ground red pepper in a small bowl.
Brush both sides of ribs with oil, sprinkle both sided with spice mixture. wrap in foil and place on baking sheet, baked wraped for 45 minutes.
Process chutney, vinegar, and sugar in a blender or food process until pureed. Brush both sides of the ribs and cook uncovered for 15 minutes each side.
Remove from oven allow to cool. Cut into individual ribs sprinkle with sesame seeds.
