     Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 packet (4 teaspoons) Butter Buds
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
White pepper to taste
2 drops hot pepper sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon marjoram
1/3 cup grated Swiss cheese
 
1/3 cup grated part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup white wine
6 ounces (4 to 6 slices) Italian or French bread with hard crust, cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions
In a double boiler mix together and melt all ingredients except for the bread. You may then transfer ingredients to a crock pot or fondue pot.
