In wok or large skillet heat olive and sesame oils and pepper flakes over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms and soy sauce; stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender, 2 to 3 minutes. (A vegetable mix can also be used instead).
In a separate skillet, cook the chicken with some soy sauce for flavoring.
Add chicken to the skillet of vegetables. , green onions, cilantro and sesame seeds; stir-fry until heated through.
