Press Hashbrowns between paper towel to dry. Press into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake crust at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees.
Mix remaining ingrediants and pout into crust. Bake quiche for 25 to 30 minutes until knife comes out clean when inserted in middle. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
