Ingredients

-	Sweet Potatoes
-	Oil or butter
-	Brown Sugar
-	Cinnamon


Instructions


Preheat oven to 375 F. Thinly cover the bottom of baking dish with oil, butter, or both.


Slice sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch circles or cubes and place in baking dish. Mix around until sweet potatoes are slightly covered in the oil or butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.


Cover and bake 40-50 minutes or until soft. Use the microwave if a faster cook time is desired.
