Peel and cut about 6 potatoes into slices (enough to fill
microwavable dish about 2/3 full). Add 1/4 tsp pepper and 1/2 tsp
salt. Add water to half full.
Cover. Microwave until potatoes are tender (about 10 minutes).
Drain water. Pour in milk to 1/3 full, put slices of cheese on top.
Cover and let sit until cheese is melted. Gently mix potatoes,
cheese, and milk. Serve
