1 Tbsp. Clabber Girl baking Powder
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1 egg

MIX TOGETHER- flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a seperate bowl.
BEAT- milk and egg in seperate bowl.
MIX ALL- flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and egg together into one bowl.
POUR- when well mixed, place a 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot gridle for each pancake; cook until bubbles from the top of each pancake, then turn to brown the other side.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with buter and syrup
