     Caesar Salad Creamy Dressing

Ingredients
1 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesean cheese
1 tbsp. milk or cream
1 clove of garlic - minced
1 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh-squeezed is best)
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp.. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
 
Not Optional - 6-12 inches of anchovy paste from tube
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend together with a little extra milk if you think it's too thick.
Toss with washed Romaine and homemade croutons for a really good Caesar Salad. Don't forget to add a can of chopped anchovies to the salad if desired!
Easy to make 1/2 the recipe or refrigerate extra and use up within the week.
