1/2 cup golden raisins
|

1/2 cup or 3/4 cup thinly sliced celery

3/4 cup red grapes, quartered

1 tart apple (peeled, cored, and chopped)

1 cup mayonnaise (lowfat)

1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

Instructions |

|
In a large bowl toss together the chicken, raisins, celery, almonds, and grapes. Fold in the apple. Mix in the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Chill.
