     Easy Citrus Glaze for Chicken

Ingredients
1/4 cup frozen orange juice (can substitute other frozen citrus juices)
Juice from 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
Fresh oregano
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
 
Instructions
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl.
Roast chicken at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then baste.
Serving Suggestions
Garnish with fresh oranges and lemons.
