|
Cream the first 7 ingredients together. Blen in flour and all other dry ingredients. Fold in zucchini last.

Spread into a 8x13 pan (greased and floured). Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes.

Two options- Bake with Bake on Frosting (see Recipe)or sprinkle the top of the cake (after baking completely) with chocolate chips. Wait a few minutes for them the melt and then spread the chocolate.
