     Potatoes - Roasted Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients
4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2 cubes
1 TBS. Vegetable Oil
3 TBS. Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp. Dried Parsley
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450, line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Place potatoes in a medium bowl and toss with oil. (Any type of potato works well, even sweet potatoes)
Combine all other ingredients in a small bowl then add to the potatoes; toss to coat evenly.
Arrange potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Bake, turning once half way through, until they are brown and easily pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.
