     Low-Fat Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup flat leaf parsley, fresh
1/2 cup cilantro, fresh
1 large garlic clove, smashed with side of knife and peeled
1/4 cup water
1 Tbl. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. table salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
 
2 sprays cooking spray

Instructions
Place parsley, cilantro, garlic, water, vinegar, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in bowl of a blender or food processor. Blend on high, pulsing, until a smooth sauce is formed.
This can also be made by hand by finely mincing all the ingredients and whisking or shaking in a small mason jar. Feel free to substitute whatever fresh herbs you have on hand.
Weight Watchers Points Value- 1 point (if serving is between 1/4 to 1/3 cup). Less than 1/4 cup used = 0 points. Drizzle a tablespoon or two on meat, rice, pasta, wraps, etc. for high impact flavor with NO points.
Serving Suggestions
Goes well with all kinds of meats or drizzled down the center of a chicken wrap w/ lots of veggies.
