Melt chocolate over hot water - cool. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan.
Sift flour with baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Beat eggs at high speed until thick and light. Gradually add sugar half at a time. Add oil and cooled chocolate and blend at low speed.
Add dry ingredients.
Add zucchini and nuts, with wooden spoon. Stir well.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly on
wire rack. Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
