Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Process 1/2 of the mixture in a blender on puree til smooth. Pour in pan. Process the rest same as before and pour into pan. Freeze until firm-stirring occasionally. About 4 hours to freeze.
Spoon frozen mixture into a large chilled mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer til smooth.
Return to pan and refreeze til firm. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Scrape with a spoon into serving dishes
