     Jalapeno Jelly

Ingredients
4 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and coarsely chopped
3 or 4 green peppers, coarsely chopped
3 cups sugar or stevia substitute
1/2 cup cider vinegar (5% acidity)
1/2 (3 oz ) pkg liquid pectin
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
 

Instructions
Process peppers in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Combine pepper puree, sugar and cider in large non aluminum pan. Bring to a boil over med high heat. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add pectin and lime juice. Boil 1 minute more; constantly stirring.
Remove from heat and skim off foam with a metal spoon. Pour into sterilized jars, cover at once. Cool and then store in refrigerator.
Serving Suggestions
Serve over cream cheese with crackers
