In a large bowl, combline all the dry ingredients, sugar, eggs, syrup and peaches. With electric mixer on medium, beat 2 minutes. Stir in raisins and nuts.
Pour into prepared pans. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.
For an extra omph--Cool Whip No Fat Flavored Topping.
Let your no fat whipped dairy topping thaw and before serving or in advance( and return to freezer)-add a flavoring-- ground cinnamon, cardomen, vanilla, cappuccino powder, chocolate syrup or crushed heath bars-yummy! Just stir it in well or beat whip with mixer. What ever compliments the main flavor.
