     Rosalie's Apple Crisp

Ingredients
4 cups sliced apples
1 T lemon juice
1/3 cup flour
1 cup quick cooked oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup melted margarine
 

Instructions
1. Place apples in greased baking dish (shallow) 2. Sprinkle with lemon juice 3. Combine dry ingredients 4. Add melted margarine 5. Mixing till crumbly
6. Sprinkle over apples 7. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
I always sprinkle somesugar on apples before adding dry ingredients as the brown sugar isn't enough to sweeten.
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm or cold
