1/4 cup fat free half-half (can sub FF evap milk or soy)
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1 tsp of Cinnamon
1 tsp of Nutmeg
Place all ingredients into a food processor/ blender. Spray waffle
iron with vegetable spray. These cook in my waffle iron in four
minutes. These may not be low in calories, yet they are pretty high
in protein and fiber.
