Beats eggs, sugar and oil. Add potato starch, chopped nuts,
salt, cinnamon, matzah cake meal and matzah meal.
Form into 4 long rolls, 1 inch wide on a greased pan. Bake at 350
degrees 30-45 min til set. Slice and toast at 200 degrees for 2 hrs.
(or overnight in the oven with the oven turned off.
