Cut 3 Xs 3/4 of the way through the bread. Blend all seasoning ingredients. Spread mixture into the Xs in bread. Stuff the Xs with cheese. Spread top of bread with leftover mixture. Place loaf in alum foil, roll foil 3/4 way up side. Bake 350 for 30 min. Can be frozen before baking.
