     Banana-Apple Smoothie

Ingredients
1 ripe banana, peeled & cut into chunks
1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. oat bran
 

Instructions
Put banana, yogurt, applesauce, milk, & honey in food processor or blender until smooth (1-2 minutes). Add oat bran & process for 5-10 seconds. Divide between 2 glasses.
Serving Suggestions
2 glasses
