     Sausage-Egg Casserole

Ingredients
8 slices white bread without crust, cube in 6 per slice
1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1 pound sausage, browned
 

Instructions
Grease 9x13 pan. Layer twice, the bread, cheese and sausage. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour this over the sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covered, except for last 15 minutes.
