Mix cookies and butter together and pat in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. (Reserve some of this mixture for topping) Layer the rest of the ingredients in the order given. (It helps to freeze after the ice cream layer and then continue) Top with reserved cookie crumbs. Freeze.
