Ingredients
4 c onions, chopped (6 med)
4 c Cabbage, chopped (1 med head)
10 green tomatoes, chopped
12 green peppers, chopped
6 red peppers, chopped
1/2 c salt
Vinegar mixture-
 
6 c brown sugar
2 T mustard seed
1 t celery seed 4 c vinegar
2 c water

Instructions
Let veggies stand overnight, then drain and rinse well. Squeeze our moisture and add to boiling vinegar mixture.
Bring vinegar mixture to biol. Add veggies and simmer 5 min. put into sterilized pint jars, sealm, and process for canning.
Serving Suggestions
Good with black eyed peas.
