Heat milk and butter in a pan until hot and butter melted - do not boil.

while milk is heating - Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat into eggs. Stir together flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture. Add vanilla and salt.

|
|
Add the egg mixture to the hot milk. Stir well.
|
|
|
|
Pour into 3 greased 8x8 pans and bake at 375F for 18-20 minutes.
