     Western Pot Roast

Ingredients
3 pound bristket or boneless round or chuck roast
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons scider vinegar
2 teaspoon salt
 

Instructions
In heave pot brown meat on all sides in oil. Add chopped onion; cook until golden. Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar and salt; pour over meat. Simmer uncovered, until meat is tender, about 3 hours. Serve sliced with sauce along with onions, carrots, and potato chunks if desired.
