     Cheddar Chowder

Ingredients
2 cups potaot, diced
1/2 cup celery
1 1 /2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup onion
1/4 cup butter
/14 cup flour
2 cups milk
 
1 pound Velveets Cheese
1 cup chopped meat (dried ham, beef or turkey franks, sliced)

Instructions
Simmer 2 cups water, veggies and seasonings. Don't drain. Make sauce of butter, flour, milk and cheese. Stir until melted. Add meat.
