Cook rice in one pan. while rice is cookin, make sauce using soup, milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry. Spread cooked rice in 9x13 pan. Next layer chicken, broccoli, and sauce. Top with cheese and bake until cheese is melted and the casserole is heated through. -approx. 30 min. at 350.
