1 1 3/4 to 2 pound turkey breast portion with bone.
1 tbs cooking oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 recipe Honey-Mustard Glaze
Instructions
Place turkey, bone side down on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Brush with oil; sprinkly with salt and pepper. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of the breast. The thermometer should not touch the bone.
