     Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients
8 tbs (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
3 3/4 c. confetioner's sugar, sifted
3-4 tbs milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp ground cinnamon
 

Instructions
Blend the butter in a small mixing bowl until fluffy. Add confectioner's sugar, 3 tsp of milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Beat on low speed until the sugar is well blender than increase speed until it is light and fluffy. If the frosting is too stiff blend in another tsp milk.
