2) 20OZ CANS PINEAPPLE CHUNKS, DRAINED
6 TABLESPOONS JUICE
1/2 CUP SUGAR
6 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
2 CUPS SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE, GRATED
1/2 STICK BUTTER, MELTED
1 CUP CRUSHED RITZ CRACKERS
 

Instructions
MIX SUGAR, FLOUR, & JUICE.
STIR IN CHEESE & DRAINED PINEAPPLE
SPOON INTO GREASED CASSEROLE DISH (8X8)
COMBINE BUTTER & RITZ CRACKERS, SPOON ON TOP. TOP WITH EXTRA CHEESE IF DESIRED. BAKE 20-30 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES
