wrap shrimp with 1/2 slice of bacon. cook in frying pan until bacon is crisp (and shrimp is cooked. drain fat. place shrimp on paper towels to soak up grease.
for sauce: mix together raspberry preserves, bbq sauce, vinegar and mustard in a small saucepan. bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium, then cook for 2 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
to serve, pour bbq sauce over shrimp. serve with toothpicks!
